Responsibilities

• Advise and manage HNW/UHNW residential property transactions, including prime Central London deals
• Oversee sales and purchases of multi-million properties and country estates
• Develop and apply Building Safety Act expertise in relevant transactions

Key requirements

• 6+ PQE
• England & Wales qualified solicitor
• specialising solely in HNW residential real estate
• experience with prime Central London and country estates
• preferably working for a firm ranked for HNW Residential property in directories
