Job Title: HNW Residential Property Senior Associate 6+- Mid Sized City law firm
Salary: £100,000-£110,000
PQE Level: 6+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our client is an impressive Mid-Sized City law firm with a highly regarded HNW Residential property practice which benefits from the firm's wider strengths within private wealth, agriculture/rural and family law.

Role:

Acting for HNW and UHNWIs ( including key public figures) on prime London residential property transactions and country estates.

• Sales and purchases of £multi million residential properties including prime and super prime Central London and country estates
• Building safety act expertise

Successful candidate:

• 6+ PQE England & Wales qualified solicitors only
• At least 6 years residential real estate experience specialising solely in HNW properties ( due to the prestige of the team they will only consider candidates who are working for a firm ranked for HNW Residential property within directories in London or the regions)
• BSA
