Overview

In this role you drive new enterprise growth in the Emerging Markets, engaging multinational organisations to adopt ADP’s Payroll, HCM, and Workforce Management solutions. You build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration to create compelling business cases. You operate in a high-growth market, balancing proactive outbound efforts with relationship-building to expand ADP’s presence. Responsibilities

• Drive new enterprise growth through a defined territory strategy
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close
• Engage executive decision-makers across HR, Finance, IT, and C-suite
• Collaborate with alliance partners, pre-sales, implementation, marketing, and leadership
• Apply MEDDICC and structured sales processes with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline

Key requirements

• Enterprise software or solutions sales experience in B2B for large organisations
• Strong new business development, prospecting, and pipeline generation skills
• Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder deals across multinational organisations
• MEDDICC or similar enterprise sales methodology experience
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent communication skills in English
• College degree not required; relevant experience in Enterprise/SaaS/HCM/HR technology/ERP sales considered
• Ability to work across different countries and cultures
