Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable software that meets customer and business needs, ensuring reliability and maintainability
Lead technical design and architectural decisions to support long-term product sustainability and extensibility
Ensure software quality and security via code reviews, testing, and best practices to reduce defects
Leverage AI-assisted development tools and emerging tech to boost productivity and value
Implement and improve DevOps practices, including CI/CD and automation
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align with product goals
Provide technical leadership through mentoring and influencing engineering decisions
Promote engineering best practices and a culture of continuous improvement

Key requirements

Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline
Proven experience delivering software using C#, .NET, and TypeScript
Strong fundamentals in APIs, microservices, software design patterns, testing methods, and secure development
Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes balancing technical excellence with business needs
Potential to act as Technical Lead by guiding others and promoting best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across Agile, cross-functional, and global teams
Passion for adopting new technologies, AI-assisted development, automation, and continuous learning
