Responsibilities

• Take overall commercial ownership as No.1 lead on projects
• Guide from PCSA/2-stage tender through to site delivery and final accounts
• Manage packages and subcontractors
• Lead site meetings and stakeholder coordination
• Ensure high-quality, time-controlled project delivery

Key requirements

• 3-5+ years with a fit-out contractor
• Degree-qualified in construction
