You will provide on-site engineering guidance, surveying, and technical coordination to ensure safe, compliant delivery on a large project (MOD Helensburgh) under SC clearance. Responsibilities
Support construction delivery to meet project requirements with emphasis on safety and efficiency
Assist site teams in successful execution of works
Provide engineering guidance at delivery point
Set out and survey using GPS and surveying instrumentation
Monitor and enforce quality control on site
Identify buried services to enable safe excavation and construction
Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance
Review RAMS and maintain safety culture on site
Support temporary works and ensure procedure compliance
Record and report site progress and engineering information
Key requirements
Must be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC)
Experience on civil/infrastructure/construction projects
Knowledge of setting out techniques, surveying practices, GPS and instruments
Experience with quality assurance/quality control processes
Knowledge of buried services location and safe excavation practices
