Technical Solutions Engineer, Google Health

Overview

In this role you support and optimize health platforms and devices, handling system configuration, troubleshooting, and post-installation support. You will collaborate with partners to analyze requirements and propose integration solutions, influencing product decisions. You’ll create and review technical docs and design guidelines, helping scale our health tech offerings. This is a chance to shape impactful health tech that empowers users to act on their data.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and manage system configurations
• Diagnose and fix issues; offer post-installation and integration support
• Create and review process and design documentation including guidelines and specs
• Coordinate with partners to analyze business specifications and propose integration solutions
• Identify systemic trends across developer ecosystems and influence product and engineering decisions
• Resolve issues and guide cross-functional teams to implement solutions

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers
• Experience in software engineering with a focus on server-side programming and server management
