In this role you will own the positioning, launches and go-to-market for our AI-powered governance platform. You’ll translate complex AI tech into clear, outcome-led stories for senior buyers and enable cross-functional teams to win in Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. You’ll build and lead a product marketing function, shaping the messaging house, playbooks and launch frameworks. You’ll drive adoption, pipeline and revenue impact while collaborating closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success.

Responsibilities
Plan and run launches for new products, features and enhancements across software and advisory services
Design and improve the launch framework with tiers, timelines, owners and readiness criteria
Lead go-to-market messaging and ensure product storytelling ladders to the platform
Partner with Product on roadmap, beta programmes and market voice in decisions
Equip sales with enablement materials, battlecards and training to improve win rates
Own competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis and feed insights into pricing and messaging
Drive in-product and lifecycle marketing to boost adoption, retention and expansion
Build and oversee the product marketing operating rhythm, backlogs and reporting
Represent product marketing in growth planning and cross-functional governance
Key requirements
8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including at least 4 years in product marketing
Experience managing or mentoring product marketers
Portfolio of launches across segments, geographies or verticals
Experience selling to senior buyers in long, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles
Enablement work that improved win rates, deal velocity or sales confidence
