In this role you will service and repair air- and water-cooled chiller systems for commercial and industrial clients, diagnosing faults across refrigeration, electrical and mechanical disciplines. You will commission new installations, support system upgrades, and provide technical recommendations to maximise efficiency. You’ll work closely with customers, delivering accurate service reports and ensuring compliance with F-Gas and safety standards. The role sits within a growing HVAC manufacturing environment that values technical development and career progression.

Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs on a range of air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems
Diagnose and rectify refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical faults across commercial customer sites
Commission new chiller installations and support system upgrades where required
Provide technical support and recommendations to customers to maximise system performance and efficiency
Complete service reports and maintenance documentation accurately using company systems
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards
Key requirements
Strong knowledge of air-cooled and water-cooled chiller systems
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills across refrigeration and electrical systems
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
