You’ll mentor and lead project teams, coordinating clients, contractors, and supply chains to align objectives with the Skanska Way. Responsibilities
Prepare outline and detailed civil/structural design, calculations, reports, drawings and deliverables per design standards
Manage planning, direction and control of tasks, people and resources to meet time and cost targets
Prepare and control project budgets with commercial and contractual awareness
Lead and guide a team, developing staff to meet technical and managerial needs
Collaborate with clients, contractors and the supply chain to refine project objectives
Key requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or suitable alternative qualification
Chartered membership of an appropriate professional body
Strong knowledge of Eurocodes and UK Industry Codes of Practice; ability to mentor and manage
Experience in structural design using common building materials
Technical design and management experience on multi-disciplinary projects
