Responsibilities

• Lead and grow software engineering teams from junior to senior levels
• Coach, mentor, and support career development
• Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement

Key requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading people and software engineering teams
• Experience driving adoption of AI tools (CoPilot, Claude) to optimize processes and performance
• Track record of delivering projects on time
• Inspiring and motivating leadership style
• Exposure to Scrum or other Agile frameworks; understanding of SDLC
• Passion for CI/CD and regular feature delivery with quality improvements
• Mastery in at least one programming language (C++, C#, TypeScript)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
