In this role you drive branch growth by securing valuation appointments, winning new instructions, and expanding cross-sell opportunities across related services. You will leverage local market knowledge and networking to build a strong client base while delivering excellent customer service. This position sits in a busy Your Move Lincoln branch within the National Home Move network, offering progression and a competitive incentive package. Responsibilities

• Generate and conduct valuation appointments
• Win and secure new property instructions
• Prospect and actively develop business opportunities
• Utilise local market knowledge and networking to grow the branch
• Cross-sell services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance) to clients
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Key requirements

• Previous experience in property sales
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
• Full UK driving license
