Account Executive, Benelux

Overview

In this role you will build and own a Mid-Market sales footprint for the Benelux region, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive Verkada’s AI-powered security platform. You will craft territory plans, engage new customers, and move opportunities through the full sales cycle, contributing to Verkada’s global growth. You’ll work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to expand impact across retail, logistics, and education customers. This role offers hands-on selling, rapid learning, and a path to leadership as you scale in a fast‑growing company.

Responsibilities

• Create and own territory plan for Benelux; research markets and customers
• Prospect for new customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events
• Manage full sales cycle: qualify, demo, proposal, and close
• Develop deep understanding of Verkada products and their industry fit
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast
• Collaborate with channel partners to source and close deals

Key requirements

• Full sales cycle experience in a quota-carrying role
• Native Dutch required for selling into the Benelux region
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of exceeding targets
• Self-starter with discipline and drive
• Organised and logical in progressing deals
• Curious about customer needs and able to challenge the status quo
• Creative, able to try new approaches to win business
• London-based or willing to relocate to London
