Technical Accountant

Overview

In this role, you will lead group financial reporting and consolidation under IFRS, ensuring accurate, timely outputs. You will partner with local teams to manage statutory and tax reporting, while strengthening governance and control frameworks. The position supports accounting policy implementation and finance transformation initiatives within a fast-paced professional services environment. You will work closely with auditors and external advisors to deliver high-quality financial statements and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and quarter-end consolidation cycle with accurate outputs and timely delivery
• Prepare and review group financial statements and disclosures under IFRS
• Manage consolidation journals, intercompany eliminations and adjustments
• Coordinate statutory reporting across group entities and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee tax reporting processes and liaise with external tax advisors
• Act as primary contact for external auditors and coordinate audit requests
• Support governance, controls, and process improvements across reporting functions
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and reporting system enhancements
