External Reporting Manager- Consolidations

Overview

In this role you will lead external reporting and group consolidation to deliver IFRS-compliant financial statements. You will partner with local finance teams and external advisors to coordinate statutory and tax reporting, audits, and governance improvements. The position sits at the heart of a fast-paced professional services business, enabling timely, accurate reporting and continuous process enhancement. You will shape reporting standards and drive efficiencies as part of a broader finance transformation effort.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and quarter-end consolidation cycles with accurate outputs and timelines
• Prepare and review IFRS-based group financial statements and disclosures
• Manage consolidation journals, intercompany eliminations and adjustment entries
• Coordinate statutory financial statements across group entities and local entities
• Oversee corporate tax compliance activities and liaise with external tax advisors
• Act as primary contact for external auditors and coordinate audit requests
• Maintain robust controls and governance over consolidation, reporting and tax activities
• Identify and drive process improvements and reporting system enhancements
