Responsibilities
benefits analysis and efficiency reviews
design and implement improved operational processes
document business processes and workflows
elicitate and analyse business and system requirements
business process modelling and mapping
create use cases, user stories, and activity diagrams; document acceptance criteria using MoSCoW
develop storyboards/POCs from customer requirements
convert customer requirements into technical solutions
apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Key requirements
minimum 3 years commercial experience as a Business Analyst
experience in professional services (finance, insurance, legal)
excellent communication and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
experience eliciting and analysing business and system requirements
competence in business process modelling and mapping
experience creating use cases, user stories, and activity diagrams; MoSCoW criteria
ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
