Inclusion Manager

Overview

In this role, you lead inclusive education and strategic SEND provision across Greentrees Primary School as part of Pickwick Academy Trust. You’ll work within the Senior Leadership Team to shape inclusive teaching, intervention, and the use of data to boost pupil progress. You collaborate with staff, families, therapists, and external partners to secure strong outcomes for pupils with complex needs. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-quality inclusive education across the school
• Act as the school’s SENDCo, overseeing identification, assessment and provision for SEND and other needs
• Strategic leadership of the specialist resource base
• Collaborate with staff, families, therapists and external agencies to ensure excellent pupil outcomes
• Lead inclusive teaching and learning, targeted interventions, and staff development
• Utilize data to monitor progress and drive improvement
• Support safeguarding and ensure every child is supported to reach potential
• Contribute to shaping HR policies and school-wide inclusion practices

Key requirements

• Experience in inclusion and SEND leadership
• Ability to coordinate with families, therapists and external agencies
• Strong safeguarding awareness and commitment to pupil welfare
• Strategic and data-driven approach to teaching and learning
• Senior Leadership Team involvement or readiness to participate at SLT level
