In this role you help transform how legal services are delivered by combining Legal, Operations and Technology to drive productivity and value through tech, automation, data and AI. You will design, implement and support legal technology solutions while promoting adoption and continuous improvement. You will work with cross-functional teams to capture needs, design scalable, user-focused outcomes, and stay ahead of emerging LegalTech trends. Responsibilities
Partner with Legal, Legal Operations and Technology to identify improvement opportunities
Facilitate workshops and capture requirements to design scalable, user-focused solutions
Design, configure, test, and support legal tech solutions (document automation, workflow automation, CLM, matter/doc management, AI tools, low-code/no-code)
Support innovation initiatives, pilots, and proof-of-concepts
Drive adoption through training and communications; improve user experience
Use data to measure adoption, performance and value; support QA and release activities
Ensure security, privacy, compliance and governance alignment; maintain docs and SOPs
Key requirements
Knowledge of legal technology, workflow automation, digital transformation, or process improvement
Understanding of document automation, CLM, workflow platforms, legal AI tools or low-code/no-code solutions
Interest in AI, automation and emerging tech (Generative AI)
Strong problem-solving, analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience gathering requirements, improving processes or supporting tech implementations
Ability to work across business and technical teams
