Pre-Sales Engineer

Overview

In this role you enable enterprise customers to adopt Tufin Orchestration Suite by delivering strategic pre‑sales support and technical demonstrations. You will collaborate with inside sales, product, and R&D to map customer needs to solutions, drive PoC engagements, and train partners. You’ll act as a technical advocate across diverse stakeholders while traveling up to 50% to France, the UK, or Italy. This position focuses on shaping security outcomes through hands‑on engineering and customer collaboration.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly sales goals
Provide extensive tactical and strategic pre-sales support for the inside sales team
Identify and develop business opportunities with potential customers/channels/partners
Provide technical pre-sales support to promote and sell Tufin products/services
Manage remote proof of concept installations
Train partners and resellers on positioning and technical sales
Interface with R&D & Product Management to articulate RFEs and business cases
Disseminate technical competitive information
Engage via calls, emails, web demos, on-site visits, trade shows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate customer needs

Key requirements

Presales experience in networking and security
2-5 years of networking and security experience
Team-oriented with sales strategy participation
Ability to handle charged sales situations and hidden agendas
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and pitch skills
Ability to rapidly understand and articulate new technology
High sense of urgency and customer focus
Language: French (native) & English (must)
Location: France, UK or Italy
Willingness for international travel (up to 50%)
