In this field role you install Air Source Heat Pumps and other low-carbon tech in customers’ homes, supported by extensive training. You’ll work with a team, apply practical heat‑pump installation know‑how, and review technical drawings to ensure quality. You’ll collaborate with electricians to commission systems and lead your crew to deliver outstanding customer experiences. The role sits within Octopus Energy’s autonomous, learning‑driven Field Operations culture, offering growth in renewables and hands‑on problem solving.
Pay / Benefits
Basic salary 38,000 per year
On-target earnings 45,000
2,500 annual bonus

Key requirements
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent experience)
Full, clean driving licence
Experience in boiler installation and heating system design
