Responsibilities
Lead plant maintenance operations: corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities
Drive safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance with a zero-incident culture
Develop and execute asset maintenance strategies to improve reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance
Lead reliability improvement initiatives using root cause analysis and condition-monitoring tools
Manage maintenance budgets, optimize costs, and oversee spare parts inventory
Plan and manage plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance projects
Coach and develop maintenance leaders and technical personnel toward a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Key requirements
10+ years of progressive maintenance, reliability, or engineering experience in manufacturing
5+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline (preferred)
Experience leading maintenance planning and scheduling and asset management programs
Experience managing maintenance budgets, reliability programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Safety leadership and commitment to EH&S compliance
Strategic asset management mindset
Data-driven problem solving using RCA and CI methods
