Overview

As Corporate Recruiter you will partner with hiring managers to translate talent needs into effective sourcing and assessment strategies in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment. You’ll operate as part of a high‑performing HR team supporting global enterprise TA initiatives and senior leadership hiring. You’ll manage end‑to‑end recruitment, drive a best‑in‑class candidate experience, and optimize offers and onboarding in line with Foundever’s transformation and growth goals. You’ll collaborate across regions and vendors to deliver high‑quality hires that fit our culture.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers and regional TA teams to understand global talent needs across GTM, technical and non‑technical roles, including senior leadership.
Develop and execute multi‑channel recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates via job boards, social media, networks, internal databases, and events.
Proactively source and engage passive candidates to maintain a strong pipeline for current and future needs.
Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, and reference checks to ensure role and cultural fit.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
Coordinate offers with regional HR teams to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Utilize ATS and other tools to track candidate data and recruitment metrics for data‑driven decisions.
Promote internal mobility by working with HR and extended teams; collaborate with global teams and external vendors to optimize recruitment efforts.

Key requirements

8+ years of experience in a senior recruiter role or similar.
Experience with executive search, SaaS, or technology‑biased organizations is desirable.
Proven track record recruiting for senior leadership, especially in technology and GTM functions.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
