Oversee performance, regulatory compliance and development of advisers
Key requirements
Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice (DipPFS)
J07 or equivalent - desirable
Proven experience managing and coaching Financial Advisers
Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
Adaptable leadership style to support varied experience levels
Deep understanding of the advisory process and FCA requirements
