Finance Officer

Temporary Finance Officer Role Wantage | Initially 2 - 3 months £20 per hour | Temporary

Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be working with an organisation based in Wantage that are looking for a someone to provide financial support across multiple sites on a temporary basis.

Key responsibilities:

?? Budget preparation, forecasting and monthly budget monitoring
?? Revenue and capital reporting and variance analysis
?? Monthly payroll monitoring and reconciliation
?? Purchase ledger, purchase orders and banking
?? Month-end journals including accruals, prepayments and deferred income
?? Supporting procurement and ensuring value for money
?? Providing financial support to Headteachers and senior finance stakeholders
?? Ensuring compliance with relevant finance, VAT and reporting requirements

About you:

?? Experience in month end reporting, handling transactional finance
?? Excellent attention to detail and organisation
?? Confident communicating with non-finance stakeholders
