Responsibilities

Collaborate with trading, sales, asset management, and other teams to build automated, scalable solutions
Develop and maintain microservices in Java and Spring, interfacing with MongoDB
Contribute to the SDLC, testing, monitoring, and reporting across distributed services
Work with UI/UX designers, data scientists, cloud engineers to deliver integrated technology solutions
Ensure reliable, scalable data platforms and tooling to enable fast transaction processing

Key requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience with Java, Spring and MongoDB or similar Non-SQL technologies
Experience with microservices, Java deployments, and DevOps tools (GitLab)
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
Ability to drive toward goals with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication for global teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
