Senior Bridge Engineer

In this role you will contribute to bridge and civil structural design and assessment from our Redhill office, supporting multi-disciplinary bids and projects across public and private sectors. Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to capture their requirements
• Produce high-quality design, assessment and inspection reports aligned with national standards and client briefs
• Promote innovative design solutions where appropriate
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements
• Supervise and assist others under senior management guidance
• Contribute to bridge and civil structural design and assessment efforts
• Support multi-discipline bids and projects across public and private sectors

Key requirements

• Relevant degree in civil or structural engineering
• Desire to achieve Chartered status
• Awareness of relevant bridge and structural design software
• Ability to design using RC, steel, masonry and timber
• Ability to write sound technical reports
