Responsibilities

• Act on residential development acquisitions and disposals for developers and landowners
• Advise on affordable housing transactions for registered providers and housebuilders
• Support strategic land projects including options, promotion agreements and long-term developments
• Handle development-related matters such as overage, conditional contracts, title due diligence and easements

Key requirements

• 2-4+ years' PQE
