This role offers the chance to work on some of the region's most significant residential development and strategic land projects, acting for leading national housebuilders, developers, promoters, investors, and landowners.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising on both immediate and strategic land acquisitions, managing complex transactions from inception through to completion, while building strong client relationships and contributing to continued business growth. Working alongside industry-leading specialists, they will benefit from exposure to high-quality work, genuine career progression opportunities, and a collaborative team environment.Key responsibilities include:Advising developers, housebuilders, promoters, and landowners on residential development and strategic land mattersManaging acquisitions, disposals, option agreements, promotion agreements, overage arrangements, and site assembly projectsLeading day-to-day transactions while delivering commercially focused legal adviceBuilding and strengthening client relationships across the South West property marketSupporting business development initiatives and identifying new opportunities for growthThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years' PQE with strong experience in residential development work, excellent technical ability, and commercial awareness.
