Overview

As Head of Engineering, you will lead and elevate the engineering function to deliver scalable SaaS for large-scale construction insights. You will mentor senior engineers, align engineering objectives with product goals, and drive architectural vision across cloud-based systems. You’ll collaborate closely with Product and other teams to ensure delivery pace and quality, while shaping engineering practices in a high-growth environment.
