Responsibilities

Own and enhance the Group’s financial planning framework to drive transparency, capital discipline, and performance visibility
Lead initiatives to optimize finance operations through process simplification, automation, and data-led decision support
Deliver rigorous financial analysis and investment modelling to inform strategic decisions and track value delivery
Act as a trusted advisor to OpCo and Group leadership, translating financials into actionable insights for strategic direction
Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing finance team with a commercial and investment mindset

Key requirements

Background across Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, Fintech or related industries
Generalist experience in core finance: business partnering, FP&A, budgets, actuals, business cases, modelling, project coordination
Experience in an international or pan-European environment
Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced setting with a focus on value creation
