In this role you will support and evolve our real-time trading infrastructure, focusing on Linux and Python-driven automation to maximize uptime and performance. You will partner with traders, developers, and technologists in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to improve system reliability and efficiency. The role combines hands-on operational work with thoughtful automation and on-call responsiveness to production issues. This position offers exposure to high-frequency trading tech and a culture of engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor electronic trading systems with emphasis on performance and availability
Collaborate with development teams to enhance trading system functionality and reliability
Design and implement automation tools to reduce manual effort across infrastructure processes
Troubleshoot complex issues spanning networking, custom apps, and hardware
Execute infrastructure changes within a global change-management framework
Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 production coverage
Coordinate with multiple teams to align operations with business needs
