Quantity Surveyor

Overview

In this role you will support commercial activities across live and upcoming housebuilding developments, working with the Senior QS and Commercial Manager. You’ll manage cost planning, budgeting, and procurement, and prepare valuations to drive profitable project delivery. You’ll help ensure processes and housebuilding standards are followed within a structured, collaborative commercial team. This is a long-term role with clear progression in a growing business.
