Staff Engineer (Identity Team)

Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software for a global financial platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust features
• Participate in full SDLC from ideation to deployment and maintenance
• Contribute to architectural discussions and design reviews
• Uphold engineering best practices via code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD
• Leverage AI tools to augment skills while owning your code end-to-end

Key requirements

• Experience building enterprise IAM platforms and FGAC systems with defined authorization policies
• 7+ years of software engineering experience (production-grade code)
• Fintech or financial services domain experience
• Strong CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design, complexity)
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Java, Go, etc)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative communication skills
