Finance Business Partner

Overview

Robert Half partners with an organisation in Swindon to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. In this role you will partner with a specific entity, present financial insights to stakeholders, and conduct analysis, reporting and month-end accounting. The position suits someone either part or newly qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA or with equivalent experience, seeking a progressive business partnering path. Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and forecasts
• Perform P&L analysis and reporting
• Review and report on balance sheet
• Conduct financial analysis including variances, risks, opportunities and trends
• Manage month-end tasks: accruals, prepayments, journals, reconciliations
• Partner with stakeholders to present financial data and build relationships

Key requirements

• Experience in a management accounting role
• Part/newly qualified in CIMA/ACCA/ACA or qualified by experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong relationship-building abilities
• Excellent attention to detail

• Confident user of Excel
