Finance Business Partner

Overview

As Finance Business Partner at our Bradford site, you’ll partner with operational leadership to drive financial performance and profitability. You will deliver insight, challenge and support for strategic decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll identify cost savings, support capex and site strategy, and maintain strong controls while providing timely reporting. This role offers visibility with senior stakeholders and a meaningful impact on site performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational managers to drive financial and commercial performance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to improve profitability
• Deliver weekly and periodic financial reporting, including variance analysis, accruals and prepayments
• Provide meaningful financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Support capital expenditure proposals, site strategy and business improvement initiatives
• Maintain strong financial controls and accurate reporting

Key requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a similarly fast-paced environment is desirable
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to challenge and influence operational stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, communication and business partnering skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
