Senior Sales Executive, Buy-side Sales, Vendor

Overview

As Sales Executive in the Buy-Side team, you will cultivate and expand relationships with asset managers and other buy-side clients to grow revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor and demonstrate the company’s EMS and algo execution solutions. The role offers high visibility during a period of rapid growth and mergers, with opportunities to shape client strategy and drive adoption. You’ll travel to support global coverage and engage with a dynamic fintech business that values impact and fast decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage buy-side relationships with a focus on traditional asset management
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients
• Prospect new buy-side opportunities and understand client requirements
• Generate leads through established channels and direct marketing
• Present and demonstrate investment software to clients
• Collaborate with technical sales and project management to scope and deliver complex requirements
• Identify additional sales opportunities with other teams

Key requirements

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience in financial services and/or financial services technology
• University degree or equivalent
• Strong understanding of global equity, derivatives, fixed income and FX markets
• Ability to align client priorities with the company’s products
• Proven ability to present and demonstrate financial technology solutions
