Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions
• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI pipelines (data acquisition, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment)
• Build and maintain scalable AI models using ML, DL, and advanced analytics
• Stay abreast of AI advancements and evaluate new technologies
• Contribute to internal AI assets, frameworks, and best practices to improve team delivery

Key requirements

• Proven experience with Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, DL architectures, and statistical modelling
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services
• Proficiency in SQL and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus
• Experience with MLOps for deployment, monitoring, governance
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Data Science/Statistics or related field, or equivalent
• Hands-on AI solution development and deployment experience in a professional setting
• Deep experience in the financial services industry
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS ML, Azure AI) are desirable
