Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, practical legal advice across commercial property matters
• Own and manage a caseload with minimal supervision
• Support colleagues on larger or more complex transactions
• Handle sales and acquisitions, refinancing, leases and landlord/tenant matters
• Work with landowners on promotion agreements, options, renewable energy projects, diversification matters and pension-related property work

Key requirements

• At least 4 years' PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive in commercial property
• Strong communication skills and technical expertise
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and a busy caseload
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed
