Responsibilities
Manage own caseload on commercial property matters such as sales, acquisitions, and refinancing
Advise on commercial leases and landlord-tenant issues
Work with landowners on promotion agreements, options, renewable energy, and diversification projects
Handle pension property transactions
Provide high-standard, client-focused legal service
Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting the team
Key requirements
At least 4 years PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
Experience across a broad range of commercial property matters
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
Strong organisational ability and ability to manage a busy caseload
Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
Collaborative mindset and willingness to support team members
