In this role you will lead health and safety across housing capital programmes, planned works, repairs and maintenance, and oversee safety on construction projects. You will work with housing professionals to drive compliance and quality across public sector projects. You will mentor colleagues, manage budgets, and ensure CDM and wider safety standards are met. This is a key position for delivering safe, compliant housing improvement initiatives at scale.

Oversee quality assurance and budget management on public sector projects

Key requirements
Sound knowledge of the construction industry and Construction (Design and Management) Regulations
Ability to lead, motivate and communicate effectively with teams
Experience of quality assurance and budget management on public sector projects
Level 4 qualification and current health and safety qualifications (including NEBOSH and SMSTS)
Ability to coach and develop colleagues within the team
