Strategy and Insights Analyst

Overview

In this strategically focused role, you will drive data-led growth by analysing store performance, customer behaviour and macro trends to inform commercial decisions. You will build market capacity and network models to optimise store footprint and support international growth reporting. You’ll create and automate dashboards in Excel and Power BI, turning licensee data into actionable insights for the Grow Report. This position offers the chance to apply finance experience in a broader strategy context within a global leader.

Responsibilities

• Analyse store performance, P&L drivers, customer behaviour and macro trends
• Build and maintain market capacity and network models
• Produce, automate, and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Collate, validate, and translate licensee data to support International Grow Report requirements

Key requirements

• Experience in finance with commercial focus (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights
• Experience with data reporting and modeling
