Responsibilities
Lead and develop inclusive, high performing engineering teams with clear objectives and succession planning
Own end‑to‑end delivery of mission critical software from requirements to deployment, observability, and reliability
Raise engineering excellence through automation, secure coding, logging/monitoring, incident playbooks, and disaster recovery
Collaborate with product, design, and operations to translate outcomes into technical plans and steer architecture modernization and integrations
Key requirements
Proven leadership of software engineering teams delivering distributed systems and microservices in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
Hands‑on AI development using modern tools and integrating AI into products
Strong Java experience (preferably Spring) and scalable, observable architectures
Proficiency in CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, TDD, and DevOps culture
Hands‑on container tech (Docker) and private cloud, plus experience with telemetry tools (Splunk, AppDynamics)
Talent development: hiring, coaching, performance management, and building collaborative teams
Ability to translate business domain into architecture and delivery plans
