Senior Drainage Engineer

Overview

As Senior Drainage Engineer you will lead the design, management and delivery of drainage strategies for development infrastructure. You will work closely with clients and authorities to shape solutions and ensure successful project delivery within an employee-owned firm. The role combines technical drainage design, hydraulic modelling, and reporting with oversight of junior team members. Responsibilities

• Develop drainage strategies
• Prepare FRA and Drainage Strategy reports
• Produce hydraulic modelling and drainage design using Causeway Flow
• Create technical drawings and specifications
• Prepare fee proposals and monitor deadlines and budget
• Assist junior team members with their work and progression

Key requirements

• Chartered or near Chartered engineer
• at least 6 years UK experience in drainage design for development infrastructure
• strong communication
