Key Account Manager

Overview

In this hybrid role, you will drive education, account management and clinical engagement to improve patient access to Women’s Health treatments. You’ll connect with GPs, Practice Nurses and Primary Care networks to raise awareness, develop referral pathways and align with NHS priorities. You work across the care pathway to identify opportunities, deliver educational programs and support cross-functional collaboration. This is an impact-focused role in a leading healthcare insights and services company.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key Primary Care stakeholders across your territory
• Deliver compliant, evidence-based education on treatment options
• Support the development and optimisation of referral pathways between Primary and Secondary Care
• Increase awareness of treatment centres and improve patient access to care
• Identify opportunities within local healthcare systems to improve patient outcomes and reduce waiting times
• Manage key accounts with tailored territory plans and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Deliver impactful face-to-face and virtual meetings, educational programmes, webinars and professional events
• Collaborate with colleagues to align with brand objectives, NHS priorities and local healthcare needs

Key requirements

• Proven pharmaceutical sales experience
• Strong understanding of the Primary Care environment and NHS structures
• Experience of account management and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills in person and remotely
• Ability to work strategically across healthcare pathways and identify growth opportunities
• Experience delivering educational or scientific discussions with healthcare professionals
