In this role you will lead end-to-end project management for real estate commissions, serving as the primary client interface to ensure objectives, time, cost, and quality targets are met. You’ll guide governance, planning, procurement, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑impact projects in a consultancy setting. The position offers involvement from conception through delivery, with a focus on strategic advice, governance, and reporting. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management commissions
• Act as day-to-day client interface to meet objectives and targets
• Manage projects up to 40m in value (larger when advisory)
• Provide strategic advice at project conception
• Establish success criteria (time, cost, technical, performance)
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment
• Establish project governance, processes and systems
• Create detailed project plans
• Advise on resource procurement
• Lead cross-functional project team
• Apply performance management techniques using KPIs
• Manage change control process
• Monitor and report on project finances
• Facilitate information flow between team and client
• Produce formal project progress reports
• Interface with client and other consultants throughout project stages

Key requirements

• Degree qualified in relevant discipline (desirable)
• Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment (essential)
