Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Family Law team in Swindon
• Manage a caseload of private divorce, financial remedy, and private children matters
• Supervise and mentor team members
• Collaborate with Partners on strategy and growth initiatives
• Support training and development within the department
• Drive business development and marketing activities
• Maintain high standards of client care and legal service

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in private family law
• Strong experience in complex family matters and advocacy
