Senior Presales Solution Engineer - Regulatory Reporting

Overview

In this role you will help drive growth for Nasdaq’s Regulatory Reporting Platform by delivering tailored, regulator-focused solutions to customers. You will work within the Presales team to configure the AxiomSL platform, present for both business and technical audiences, and guide PoC efforts to address complex regulatory challenges. You’ll collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on market needs and roadmap feedback. This position offers hybrid work in London and the chance to shape multi-vertical regulatory solutions in a fast-paced fintech environment. Responsibilities

• Clarify customer scope and high-level requirements
• Deliver functional and technical presentations with live demos
• Lead PoC delivery including solution config and data integration
• Respond to RFI/RFP questionnaires
• Respond quickly to customer needs with agile, independent work style
• Liaise with Product Management to share market feedback and influence roadmap
• Increase product awareness through Go-To-Market campaigns

Key requirements

• Experience in a pre-sales role or similar
• Regulatory reporting experience (e.g., CRR3, COREP, FINREP, IReF)
• Hands-on platform configuration or strong technical background (e.g., PL/SQL, Oracle, SaaS, AI)
• Proven ability to lead presentations to business users and technology teams
• Experience coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams
• Driven and enthusiastic
• Fluent in English; German a plus
• London-based with hybrid work flexibility
