Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship across the team with domain modeling (DDD)
Collaborate with Product Managers, Implementation Managers, Solutions Engineers, and partner teams to define features and influence product strategy
Work across frontend and infrastructure stacks to align decentralized teams with API standards and architecture patterns
Travel to engineering hubs globally (e.g., Tallinn) to collaborate and align on technology direction
Key requirements
Public API design, build, and maintenance experience (RESTful, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth2)
Strong backend with Java and Spring Boot for microservices
Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
