Overview

As Business Manager at Vertu Renault Nottingham, you will support the sales team by structuring and presenting deals after qualification, ensuring compliance with financial and insurance regulations. Responsibilities

• Build and present deals to customers after sales qualification
• Ensure accurate information under financial and insurance regulations
• Support delivery of the ActiveSales process and target achievement
• Manage daily actions and direct customer interactions
• Assist sales colleagues in selling vehicles with add-ons, finance, paint protection, warranty and insurances
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Work under pressure and show initiative

Key requirements

• Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally in automotive
• Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage customer interactions professionally
• Customer-centric mindset with passion for service
• Full and valid UK Driving Licence
• Ability to build relationships, negotiate and work independently
