In this role you will lead business readiness activities for a major finance transformation, coordinating across multiple areas to ensure processes, people and stakeholders are prepared for change. You will drive readiness plans, governance alignment, and cross-functional dependency management to enable successful adoption of new technology and ways of working. This is a collaborative, programme-wide position with significant impact on delivering a transformed finance function. You will work within the Ad Astra programme, contributing to a world-class finance capability and change delivery.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage business readiness activities for assigned business areas with programme stakeholders
Create, maintain and track business readiness plans to deliver key activities on time
Monitor risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies; drive actions for successful delivery
Ensure alignment with programme governance, methodologies, controls and reporting requirements
Develop and maintain detailed workstream plans aligned to the overall programme
Collaborate with business leaders to secure resources, manage priorities and resolve delivery challenges
Collaborate with programme teams to identify and manage cross-functional dependencies
Facilitate regular readiness, planning and status meetings with clear progress updates
Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement for future delivery
Key requirements
Proven project management experience delivering large-scale business transformation or change programmes
Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams from initiation to implementation and closure
Knowledge of project governance, planning, risk management and PMO methodologies
Experience using MS Project, Jira, Visio and Excel
Good understanding of Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery approaches
